FAQ - ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบ CyberGames Network ที่มักจะถามกันบ่อยๆครับ

ให้ลองทำตามละข้อเรียงไปนะครับข้อไหนยังไม่ได้ให้ลองดูครับ หากทำตามหมดทุกข้อแล้ว ยังติดปัญหา รบกวน Post แจ้งอีกทีครับ

1) สำหรับ Windows Vista หรือ Windows 7 ให้ทำการ Disable User Account Control (UAC) ใน Control Panel -> User Account ก่อนนะครับ

2) Run WC3Setup ทำการเลือกไฟล์ Frozen Throne.exe ใน folder Warcraft (WC3Setup: http://www.thaicybergames.com/main/s...-Frozen-Throne)

3) Download และ Install Warcraft patch ล่าสุด

4) Download และทำการ Install CyberGames Network - http://www.thaicybergames.com/main/s...78-TCG-Network

5) ถ้ายังเป็น Windows XP SP1 หรือ SP2 ให้ update เป็น SP3 ก่อนครับ

6) ลอง Uninstall Antivirus ปัจจุบันที่ใช้อยู่

7) ลอง download และ install + scan virus/spyware ด้วยโปรแกรมด้านล่างนี้ทุกตัวด้วยนะครับ

หมายเหตุ
- Bitdefender V10 Plus และ Bitdefender 2010 ตอนนี้ยังมีปัญหากับ CyberGames Network โดยจะเกิดอาการ Fatal Error นะครับ
- คนที่มีโปรแกรม Premiere Opinion หรือ Vista Drive หรือ Lclock หรือ cpe17antiautorun อยู่ จะเกิดอาการ Fatal Error ครับ
ให้ลอง Uninstall ออก แล้วลองเข้าเกมดูใหม่นะครับ
- Sound Card บางรุ่นจะไม่ Support กับระบบเสียงของ Warcraft III นะครับ ให้ลองปรับ Option -> Sound ของ Warcraft III เป็นแบบต่างๆดูก่อนครับ
- ลองตรวจสอบอุณหภูมิของเครื่องด้วยโปรแกรม Hardware Sensors Monitor ดูก่อนครับ
ถ้ามีสีแดงเกิดขึ้น แสดงว่าอุณหภูมิของเครื่องสูงเกินปกติครับ

ปัญหา : กด Yes ที่หน้า Start Game แล้วไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นเลย
วิธีแก้ไข :
- ปิด Internet Explorer, Firefox หรือ Browser ตัวอื่นๆ แล้วทำการ run CyberGamesNetworkUpdater.exe รอการ Update ให้เสร็จก่อน
ถ้ากดปุ่ม Yes ที่หน้า Start Game แล้วตัว CyberGames Network ยังไม่ Start ขึ้นมาให้ทำตามนี้ครับ

1. Set http://www.thaicybergames.com เป็น Trusted Site โดยการเปิด Internet Explorer แล้วไปที่ Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites -> เอาเครื่องหมายถูกออกหน้าประโยค "Require server verification (https for all sites in this zone." -> พิมพ์ http://www.thaicybergames.com -> Add -> Close -> OK
2. ไปที่ CyberGamesnetwork.exe แล้ว click ขวาเลือก Properties -> Compatability -> Run this program as an administrator
แล้วลองเข้าใหม่ครับ

ปัญหา : Fatal Error
สาเหตุ

1. ตัวเกมมีปัญหา (50%) : ไม่ได้ใช้แผ่นแท้ลงเกม ให้ทดสอบโดยการใช้แผ่นแท้ลงเกมก่อน

2. windows มีปัญหา (20%) : เกิดจาก virus เข้าไปทำลายหรือก่อกวน system ของระบบ แก้ปัญหาโดยการ Download Antivirus ดังต่อไปนี้ มาลงเพื่อ Scan ระบบดูก่อน

3. Cpu มีปัญหา (5%) : ทำการ overclock cpu หรือ cpu ร้อนเกินไป สามารถตรวจสอบได้จากโปรแกรม hardware monitor

4. Ram มีปัญหา (5%) : เกิดจากการใส่ ram 2 ตัว เป็นคนละรุ่นหรือยี่ห้อกัน หรือ slot ram ของ mainboard มีปัญหา ให้ลองถอด ram ออกทีละตัวหรือเปลี่ยนช่องเสียบ ram ว่าหายหรือไม่)

5. Font มีปัญหา (5%) : เกิดจากการ Install Thai Font จาก Website อื่นที่ไม่ใช่จาก CyberGames ให้ทำการแก้ไขโดย Install Thai Font จาก CyberGames network เท่านั้น
หรือปรับ Option -> Game Play -> Language -> Default

6. Sound Card มีปัญหา (5%) : เกิดจากระบบ Sound Card ที่ใช้ใน Option -> Sound มีปัญหา ให้ทำการแก้ไขโดยปรับ Option -> Sound -> Sound Provider เป็นระบบอื่นดูครับ

ถ้าตรวจสอบตามขั้นตอนด้านบนทุกอย่างแล้วยังไม่หาย ให้ไปที่ control panel > system > advanced system setting > advance ตรงที่ Performace คลิก setting > Data execution Prevention > turn on Dep คลิก add และเลือก war3.exe แล้ว คลิก OK

ปัญหา - Login เข้าระบบ CyberGames Network ได้แล้ว แต่โปรแกรมปิดตัวเอง
วิธีแก้ไข - ให้ Set Forward Port ไปที่ Port อื่นที่ไม่ใช่ Port 6112 และปรับ Option -> Game Play -> Game Port ให้ตรงกับที่ Set Forward Port ใหม่
หรือไปที่ Start -> Run -> Regedit -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> CyberGamesNetwork -> Using_VH -> ปรับเป็น No
(กรณีนี้จะทำให้ใช้ Option -> Setting -> Use server to create game ไม่ได้นะครับ)

ปัญหา - ไม่สามารถอ่านภาษาไทยในระบบ CyberGames Network ได้
วิธีแก้ไข - ให้ไปที่ Control Panel -> Region and Language ปรับ Standards and formats เป็น Thai(Thailand) แล้วทำการ Restart ครับ
* หากเป็น Windows XP ให้ทำการ Install files for East Asian languages ก่อนนะครับ

ปัญหา - Warcraft III was unable to initialize DirectX
เกิดจาก - Directx ที่ใช้ปัจจุบันเป็น version เก่าเกินไป
วิธีแก้ - ให้ download Directx version ใหม่ล่าสุดและ Driver Vga Card มา Install + Update ครับ

ปัญหา : กดปุ่ม Start Game ที่หน้า Lobby แล้ว Warcraft III Start up error
วิธีแก้ไข : Download Wc3setup มาทำการ Setup หาไฟล์ Frozen Throne.exe ให้ถูกต้อง

ปัญหา : กดปุ่ม Start Game ที่หน้า Lobby แล้ว แต่ไม่ยอมเข้าเกม Warcraft III
วิธีแก้ไข : Download Wc3setup มาทำการ Setup หาไฟล์ Frozen Throne.exe ให้ถูกต้อง

ปัญหา : กด Yes ที่หน้า Start Game แล้วไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นเลย
วิธีแก้ไข : เปิด Internet Explorer เข้าไปที่ Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage Add-ons แล้วตรวจสอบดูว่า V5 ของ CyberGames network ถูก Disable อยู่หรือไม่
หากถูก Disable อยู่ ให้ทำการ Enable ให้เรียบร้อยก่อนครับ แล้ว ปิด-เปิด Internet Explorer ใหม่อีกครั้ง

ปัญหา : cannot create shell notification icon
วิธีแก้ไข : ปัญหานี้ เป็นปัญหาที่พบน้อยมากในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งไม่มีสาเหตุที่แน่นอน
แต่จากที่พบ ส่วนใหญ่จะเกิดจากมีไวรัสบางตัวเข้าไปทำลายระบบของ Windows
ให้ทำการทดสอบโดย download AVG หรือ Bitdefender Free Edition มาทำการ Update & Scan ระบบดูก่อนครับ

ปัญหา : ตอนกด Yes หน้า Start Game แล้วมีข้อความแจ้งมาว่า
Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. as result, the page may not display correctly
[วิธีแก้ไข] : Set http://www.thaicybergames.com เป็น Trusted Site โดยการเปิด Internet Explorer แล้วไปที่ Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites -> เอาเครื่องหมายถูกออกหน้าประโยค "Require server verification (https for all sites in this zone." -> พิมพ์ http://www.thaicybergames.com -> Add -> Close -> OK

สำหรับคนที่ใช้ kaspersky 2009 แล้วมีปัญหา ให้ทำการ add trust zone โดยเลือก folder CyberGamesNetwork และ Warcraft III โดยทำตามนี้นะครับ

Open Kaspersky.
Click on Settings.
Click on Threats and Exclusions.
Click on Trusted zone...

- Exclusion rules
Click on + Add.
Click on select object...
Click on Browse...
Select your file or folder to Exclude.

- Trusted applications
Add -> Browse ...
Select your file or folder to Exclude.

Click OK 4 times to close all the windows.
