ให้ทำการ Open Anti virus AVG

ไปที่ Tools ที่อยู่ด้านบนของ AVG menu

เลือก Advanced AVG Settings

คลิกไปที่ Resident Shield - Excluded Items

จากนั้น Add File War3.exe แล้วกด OK ครับ

Program TCGnetwork ถูก Block โดย Program Kaspersky ( แคสเปอร์สกี้ ) แอนตี้ไวรัส

1. เปิดโปรแกรม Kaspersky ขึ้นมา แล้วเลือก Settings

2. เลือกที่ Proactive Defense ทำเครื่องหมายถูกที่ Application Integrity Control

จากนั้นให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม Settings

3. คลิกที่ปุ่ม Add

4. เลือก Application > แล้วเลือก Program TCGnetwork ดังภาพ

หมายเหตุ *** (ตามที่ท่านติดตั้งตัว TCGnetwork ไว้ เช่น C:\warcraft III\tcgnetwork หรืออื่นๆ)

5. เมื่อเลือก Program TCGnetwork แล้ว จะเห็น Program เข้าไปอยู่ใน List

เรียบร้อยแล้วให้คลิก OK และออกจากโปรแกรม เป็นอันเรียบร้อย

วิธีการแก้ไข เมื่อ โปรแกรม BitDefender Antivirus 2009 Block TCGnetwork

1. บน Task Bar ด้านล่างขวามือ คลิกที่ไอคอนโปรแกรม BitDefender Antivirus 2009 เลือกเมนู Basic Settings

2. เมื่อเจอหน้าต่างหลักของโปรแกรม เลือกที่มุมบนขวามือ Switch to Advance View

3. เลือกเมนู Antivirus ทำเครื่องหมายถูก หน้าหัวข้อ Exceptions are Disable

หลังจากทำเครื่องหมายถูกหน้าหัวข้อ Exceptions are Disable หัวข้อจะเปลี่ยนเป็น Exceptions are enabled เสร็จแล้วคลิกที่เครื่องหมาย +

4. ทำเครื่องหมายหน้าหัวข้อ Do not scan or folder paths แล้วคลิกที่ปุ่ม Next

5. คลิกที่ปุ่ม Browse เพื่อเลือกที่จัดเก็บโปรแกรม TCGnetwork ซึ่งปกติ จะอยู่ที่ C:Program Files/TCGnetwork , D:\warcraft III\TCGnetwork
หรือ โฟลเดอร์ที่ติดตั้ง TCGnetwork ไว้ครับ เรียบร้อยแล้ว คลิก OK

6. เรียบร้อยแล้ว คลิกปุ่ม Next

แก้ปัญหาเปิดโปรแกรม และเกมไม่ได้ (Kaspersky 2010)

หากติดตั้งโปรแกรม Kaspersky 2010 แล้วทำให้เกิดปัญหากับโปรแกรมหรือเกมที่ใช้อยู่ ให้คุณแก้ไขดังนี้

1. เปิดโปรแกรม Kaspersky 2010 แล้วคลิก My Security Zone (สำหรับ Kaspersky Antivirus 2010 ให้ข้ามไปทำข้อ 8. เลย)
2. คลิก Application acitivity

3. คลิกเลือก Category เป็น All
4. คลิกขวาบนชื่อโปรแกรมหรือเกมที่ใช้งานไม่ได้ (จะมี Status เป็น Low Restricted, High Restricted หรือ Untrusted)
5. เลือก Change status
6. คลิกเลือก Trusted (ให้เปลี่ยน status เป็น Trusted ในทุกโปรแกรมและเกมที่เปิดไม่ได้)
7. คลิกปุ่ม Close

32. เลือกโฟลเดอร์ แล้วคลิกเลือกไฟล์ของโปรแกรมและเกม (.exe) แล้วคลิก Open (ในตัวอย่างนี้จะต้อง Add ไฟล์ TCGnetwork.exe, TCGnetworkupdater.exe, TCGtv.exe)
33. คลิกปุ่ม Open

37. คลิก Add > Browse เพื่อเพิ่มไฟล์ .exe ที่เหลือ ตามวิธีในข้อ 32 - 35

40. คลิกปุ่ม OK แล้วลองเปิดโปรแกรมและเกมที่มีปัญหาอีกครั้ง

Bitdefender 2011 Add ตามนี้นะครับ

1. Open the BitDefender program, select "Options" (from the top right corner)
- >select the "Expert View":

2. Select the Antivirus module and then click on Advanced Settings - > the
"Exclusions" tab;

3. Turn it On and then click on the plus (+) and browse to the location of the
TCGNetwork.exe file of the software and the .exe of the game ;

4. Click on OK and make sure that the software is allowed;

5. Restart the computer and please let us know if the issue is solved.

หมายเหตุ : ให้ใช้ Exclusions ใน advanced settings ครับไม่ใช่อันที่เป็น TAB ด้านบน

วิธีการแก้ไข เมื่อ โปรแกรม Avira Anti Virus (ร่มแดง) Block TCGnetwork

การแก้ไข เมื่อโดนโปรแกรม Avira Antivirus Block ( Unblock TCGnetwork from Avira )
1. เลือก Ignor แล้วคลิกที่ OK เพื่อทำการ ยกเลิก การ Block

2. จากหน้าต่างหลักของโปรแกรม Avira คลิกที่ปุ่ม Configuration

3. ในส่วนของ Expert Mode เลือกเมนู Guard > Scan > Exception จะเจอหน้าต่างเหมือนด้านขวามือ

4. คลิกที่ปุ่ม Add แล้วทำการเลือก Folder ที่จัดเก็บโปรแกรม TCGnetwork ไว้ ( ตามที่ท่านติดตั้งโปรแกรม เช่น D:/warcraft III/TCGnetwork )

5. เสร็จแล้วคลิก OK จนกลับมายังหน้าต่างหลัก เป็นอันเรียบร้อย และกลับมาใช้งานโปรแกรม TCGnetwork ได้อย่างเดิมครับ

สำหรับคนที่ใช้ kaspersky 2009 แล้วมีปัญหา ให้ทำการ add trust zone
โดยเลือก folder TCGNetwork และ Warcraft III โดยทำตามนี้นะครับ

Open Kaspersky.
Click on Settings.
Click on Threats and Exclusions.
Click on Trusted zone...

- Exclusion rules
Click on + Add.
Click on select object...
Click on Browse...
Select your file or folder to Exclude.

- Trusted applications
Add -> Browse ...
Select your file or folder to Exclude.

Click OK 4 times to close all the windows.

ก่อนเริ่มคุณต้องกำหนด Exception ของ Window Firewall ก่อนนะครับ ดูได้จาก กระทู้นี้ (http://www.thaicybergames.com/webboard/index.php?topic=54918.0)

และถ้าคุณใช้ Router ต้องทำการ Foward Port ก่อนครับ



ให้คุณเปิดหน้าต่าง anti-virus ขึ้นมาแล้วทำตามดังนี้


1. ปรับที่ด้านล่างซ้าย ให้เป็นโหมด Advance Mode

2. ให้มาที่แถบ Setup >> Personal Firewall >> ปรับเป็นโหมด Switch to interactive filtering mode

3. ให้เข้า Start Game V.5 ปกติ แต่จะไม่สามารถโหลด Anti-Hack ได้ ให้รอสักพักจนกว่าจะมี Pop-up แจ้งขึ้นมา ให้ทำตามดังรูป

4. หลังจากเข้าเกมได้แล้ว ให้เข้า B.net แต่จะเข้าไม่ได้อีก ให้รอจนกว่าจะมี Pop-up ขึ้นมาอีก แล้วทำตามดังรูป

5. เมื่อเข้ามาแล้วให้เข้าไปครีเกม ให้ใช้แมพที่มีคนเล่นมากๆ คงไม่ต้องบอกว่าแมพอะไรนะ

6. หลังจากครีแล้ว แต่ไม่มีคนเข้ามาเลยซักคน เพราะยัง Join ไม่ได้ ให้รอสักพักจะมี Pop-up ขึ้นมาอีก ให้ทำเหมือนเดิม

7. เสร็จแล้วให้กลับไปดูเกมที่เราครี คนจะเข้ามาดีเดียวพร้อมกันหมดเลย :004:








วิธีที่ 2 สำหรับคนที่ทำไม่ไดหรือมีปัญหา้นะคับ


แต่ต้องทำทุกครั้งที่เข้าที่เข้า warcraft 3 นะคับ ให้เข้า warcraft 3 ก่อนแล้วยุบหน้าจออกมาทำตามรูปเลยจ้า
